Toasting with Wine and Bubbly

Choices for dinners and parties 

Stumbled upon on an interesting article on the origins of the modern day ‘toast’.  Clink here to read how it evolved from a shared drinking vessel to being a part of good wishes being expressed.Salem Wine Imports, one of our wonderful Tour Partners, makes shopping easy.  Owner Eric Olsen is diligent in his sourcing of wine made by small producers.  Says Eric “I like to bring in wines that are unique to a specific area.
