The Henry Derby House was founded in 2001 by Peg Femino Camarda. A lifelong Salem resident, she grew up only blocks away and raised her own family in this house since 1978. After her children grew up and moved out Peg worked hard to learn the B&B business and make her home a warm and friendly destination where travelers would return year after year. She was famous for her breakfasts at the dining room table where she shared stories of ghostly hauntings of the house and personal anecdotes from her life.
