Stella’s Restaurant and Wine Bar

One of Salem’s newest restaurants, owner Peter Mikedis opened late 2018. Stella’s Restaurants and Wine Bar offers refined worldly cuisine and an extensive wine list, featuring over 200 wines from around the world.  Executive Chef Patrick Lord is a graduate of The California Culinary Academy.  Chef Lord continued his education with an externship in Paris, France. Receiving high accolades as one of the top chefs in Denver, Colorado while working for Wolfgang Puck, and received the award for Best of Show at The Taste of Colorado. 

Chef’s love of seafood and homestyle New England cooking with a Mediterranean influence brought him back to New England, working with Legal Sea Foods as well as several famous restaurants on the Cape & Islands. Patrick then gained great banquet experience working at Towne Stove & Spirits, Stephanie’s Restaurant Group, BNEG in the Seaport at The Grand. Chef Patrick now brings his vast knowledge and expertise to Stella’s Restaurant & Wine Bar.
